The Push-Pull technology is being implemented in the East African region by icipe and partners as an adaptation to climate change and to eradicate the effects of Striga weed and stemborers, and improve soil fertility. In Kenya, we are working in; Homabay, Kisii, Trans-Nzoia, Vihiga, Butere-Mumias, Bungoma, Migori, Siaya, Teso, Kuria, Nyeri and Thika counties. In Tanzania, we are working in the north Eastern region (Lake Zone) covering in Bunda, Musoma and Serengeti districts. In Uganda we are working in the Eastern region covering; Bugiri, Busia, Pallisa and Namutumba districts. In Ethiopia we are working in Amhara and Tigray Regions.
